Since 1996 it has been a requirement of law that all landlords who own properties with gas appliances installed in them, must have them annually tested and a gas certificate issued for each property.
CJH Gas & Heating division carry out this work on regular basis for some of Cardiff’s leading estate agents and are well rehearsed at liaising with tenants and organising key collections. We will also send out a reminder notice prior to the anniversary of the gas certificate as we know that the renewal dates can easily be overlooked when landlords already lead very busy lives.
